Die Villa Collina ist ein historisches Gebäude, das vom Architekten Nicolaus Hartmann entworfen wurde. Es ist eines der wenigen Beispiele von Jugendstilarchitektur in St. Moritz. Luxus und Eleganz kennzeichnen dieses Haus in einzigartiger Lage im Herzen des Dorfes aus, geschützt vom Wald und mit herrlichem Blick auf den See, direkt von den Skipisten erreichbar.
We intervened on the entire property with major restorations, respecting the original style of the facades protected by the Grisons Monument Service. Fine materials were used to reinstate the original shine to the exterior of Villa Collina.
The renovation project involved dividing the property into 4 exquisite apartments. Technically advanced, the interiors were made with exclusive local stones combined with antique wooden floors and panelings with special inlays and traditional details.
