Since the early 2000s, we have been involved in the luxury real estate market in St. Moritz and in the Engadine’s beautiful scenery.

We design new properties and renovate existing ones. We hunt for properties upon request and handle sales and rentals on behalf of third parties. Independently from the project, we support our clients and help them fulfil their wishes.

We take care of all project phases, such as regulatory and bureaucratic issues as well as feasibility analysis. Working side by side with the client, we define the project, structure the work management, and complete with the interior design. After the project is completed, we maintain a relationship of trust, supporting the client in every situation.
