Where art meets sustainable luxury

Attention to detail is evident in the choice of materials: the wooden components come from old barns and local carpentries, while the pitched roofs are made of the precious Valmalenco poplar. The facades, embellished with traditional Engadine 'sgraffiti' decorative motifs, are the work of a local artist. The interiors, divided into flats of different sizes, are customised with customised furnishings and high quality finishes. Silva Julia boasts a record in the Engadine: it is the first residential complex in the region equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation, a system that significantly improves the air quality inside the living spaces. The project offers an incomparable view of Lake Silvaplana and the surrounding nature. Access is via a traffic-calmed road, a former connection between the village and the Julierpass, thus ensuring privacy and tranquillity.
