THE RENOVATION OF THE HISTORIC HOUSE
SILVAPLANA
Chesa Heudorf, located on the upper part of Silvaplana, enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and proximity to the forest. The house, which is considered historic, is depicted in vintage images in the commune’s photo archive.
In 2010 the house was sold and the current owner entrusted us with the renovation and restoration project. For the exterior, the reconstruction was designed by staying faithful to the original design, with facades enriched by classical decorations, fir wood from old barns and carpentries of the Engadine region, as well as the use of Valmalenco stone for the roof tiles.
The interior features a multi-level detached house, built with state-of-the-art facilities combined with traditional materials and Alpine-style design.
