Nestled in the heart of the Upper Engadine, the charming village of La Punt Chamues-ch is distinguished by its enchanting landscape of imposing rocky peaks and lush pine forests. Built in 1792 as a farmhouse, the house has gone through epochs and transformations, later becoming a Garni Hotel, before undergoing careful restoration between 2010 and 2013. Today, Chesa Plaz houses refined flats that combine traditional charm with contemporary comfort. Overlooking the village's main square, the historic façade is protected by the Graubünden Monuments Service and has been restored with great care, preserving the original decorations and the characteristic Engadin gate. At the back, the former barn has been transformed into a bright glass wall that opens up to a splendid view of the river. The interiors evoke the authenticity of Engadin architecture through elegant arches, characteristically shaped windows and the typical unevenness of old farmhouses. Noble, natural materials such as wood and stone are interwoven with state-of-the-art technology, offering an exclusive and timeless living experience.
