Harmony between past and present

In 2010, an ambitious restoration and renovation project was launched, entrusted to our team. The work on the exterior strictly respected the original design, bringing back the authentic beauty of the house. The façades have been embellished with refined traditional 'sgraffiti' decorations, while the materials selected - including reclaimed wood from old barns and local carpentries, as well as traditional Valmalenco poplar roofing - have ensured continuity with the building's history. The interior accommodates an independent property on several levels, where innovation and tradition blend harmoniously. State-of-the-art architectural solutions are combined with natural materials and Alpine-inspired design, creating warm, elegant rooms that are perfectly integrated with the surrounding landscape.
