Ovel dal Mulin, divided into Ovel Sur and Ovel Suot, consists of two houses developed on the slope adjacent to the renowned Badrutt’s Palace Hotel. With a wonderful view of Lake St. Moritz and the mountains above, entrance to the houses is from a traffic-restricted road with access from the lakefront. Within a couple of minutes it is possible to walk to the centre of St. Moritz.
Embedded in the landscape, Ovel dal Mulin enjoys a bustling layout with different views from every angle. Providing privacy while respecting neighbors, the outdoor livability and visibility gives breathtaking views over all the events taking place on the frozen lake.
The houses are divided into luxury apartments, some on multiple levels. The interiors have been subdivided and customized exclusively for each client, with the use of valuable and natural materials such as stone from the Fex Valley.
