Villa Collina is a historic building designed by architect Nicolaus Hartmann. It represents one of the few examples of Art Nouveau architecture in St. Moritz. Luxury and elegance characterize this property with a truly unique location: within a stone’s throw from the town centre, directly accessible from the ski slopes, on the edge of the forest and with a beautiful lake view.
We intervened on the entire property with major restorations, respecting the original style of the facades protected by the Grisons Monument Service. Fine materials were used to reinstate the original shine to the exterior of Villa Collina.
The renovation project involved dividing the property into 4 exquisite apartments. Technically advanced, the interiors were made with exclusive local stones combined with antique wooden floors and panelings with special inlays and traditional details.
